Return Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns for Bible Study Course Material (i.e. workbooks, study sets) have to be in original packaging, new, unmarked, and saleable condition. Return request has to be made before the event, associated with the product sold, begins at the designated date and time.

To be eligible for a return, please contact QAS Catholic Store to receive authorization before returning any items. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. QAS Catholic Store will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Request authorization from QAS Catholic Store if you purchased it from QAS.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange purchased items if it has been damaged during shipping. Please take photos of damaged item and packaging.  Contact QAS Catholic Store to arrange authorization for exchange/replacement.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
